ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join an Assisted Living Facility Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. This role requires proficiency in various accounting practices and software, as well as strong analytical skills to assess cash flow and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
  • Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor the organization’s liquidity and financial health.
  • Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial trends.
